Print Media Services started in 1986 when Carole and Mitch Maclean decided to take their brokering business to the next level.

Mitch’s background in machinery, prepress, and production, combined with Carole’s business savvy and critical thinking skills (she also holds a JD!), allowed the two of them to build Print Media Services from the ground up.

With the same gumption, compromise and determination that they approached their marriage did they approach their business (and let me tell you, neither were easy!).

The presses are still running after 21 years, mostly because their first and foremost priority is the commitment to provide their clients with excellent customer service. The Macleans, along with the rest of the Print Media family, are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality product out there. We wouldn’t deliver a product that we wouldn’t be proud to put our name on and that’s a commitment you can trust.

Carole Maclean

With over 20 years of experience in the print industry, Carole knows the ins and outs of printing like the back of her hand.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Carole began life with a childlike determination to change the world. Upon graduating high school, she headed west to the Golden State, completing her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northern California’s prestigious Mills College. Afterwards, she went on to receive a law degree from Loyola University in downtown Los Angeles but decided the law wasn’t suited for those who live to break the rules.

Deciding what the next step would be, she went on to successfully broker print for 3 years along with husband Mitch. After working with local outlets, the Macleans decided that they, too, could start their own printing business. After all, how hard could it be, right? And that’s when the fun really began…

So she’s still trying to change the world, only this time, through one print job at a time.
